Refund & Cancellation Policy

Once a voice credit is consumed, that payment is not refundable. Eligible refunds within 24 hours are subject to an administration fee covering payment processing and manual review.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. You keep full access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.

If this is your first paid subscription, you may request a refund within 24 hours of the initial payment, provided no voice credits were used in that period. Approved refunds are returned minus a $7.99 administration fee.

After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Each voice credit covers up to 8 minutes of live roleplay. A credit is consumed when a session starts; partial use of a session still consumes the credit.

If any voice credit was used — even for a partial session — no refund is available for that payment period.

Used premium audio allowance is also non-refundable once delivered.

Unused credit packs may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used, minus a $7.99 administration fee.

If any credit from the pack was used, the pack is not eligible for refund.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by those platforms' refund processes. Refund requests for those purchases must be made through the store where you subscribed; Ruqelo cannot process or override app-store billing decisions.

Refunds are not available where an account has violated our Acceptable Use Policy, or in cases of abuse of the refund process, including repeated refund claims or chargebacks filed in bad faith.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of your country or region. Where such law requires a different outcome, that law prevails.

Email support@ruqelo.com from the address on your account within the applicable window, including your account email and the date of payment.

Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
