Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep the trial generous and the paid plans usage-based. Because realtime voice consumes direct compute cost, consumed voice credits and used premium TTS allowance are not refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges on the next billing cycle.

After cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

First-time paid subscriptions may be reviewed for a refund within 24 hours of the initial payment.

A 100% refund may be available if no voice credits were used and no premium TTS allowance was consumed during that window.

A 50% refund may be available within 24 hours if premium features were used lightly, at Ruqelo's discretion.

No refund is available after 24 hours except where required by applicable law.

Consumed realtime voice credits are not refundable once a roleplay credit is used or materially started.

Each voice credit covers up to 3 minutes of realtime roleplay — partial use still consumes the credit.

Consumed premium TTS allowance and purchased credit-pack credits are not refundable once used.

Refunds are not available for abuse, repeated misuse, chargebacks filed in bad faith, or account policy violations.

Unused voice credit packs may be reviewed for a refund within 24 hours of purchase if no credits from that pack were used.

Partially used packs are not eligible for a full refund.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' refund processes.

Ruqelo cannot override app-store billing decisions. Please request refunds through the store where you subscribed.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country or region.

Where local law requires a different refund outcome, that law applies.

When billing is live, refund requests may be submitted through account settings or via our Contact page. Include your account email and purchase reference if available.

We review requests fairly and in line with this policy. Response times may vary during early access.
