Ruqelo Arabic helps learners practice Arabic through lessons, roleplay scenarios, pronunciation coaching, and voice features powered by Ruqelo AI. The product is designed for educational language practice — not as a substitute for professional services.

We may update features, content, pricing, and voice allowances over time as the product evolves. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before billing is connected.

Ruqelo Arabic does not provide certified translation, legal, medical, immigration, religious, financial, or emergency advice. Scenario content is for language practice only.

You are responsible for how you use outputs in real-world situations. For high-stakes communication — healthcare, legal matters, safety, or official procedures — consult qualified human professionals.

Ruqelo AI responses may be imperfect, incomplete, or contextually inappropriate. Dialect coverage focuses on regional spoken Arabic varieties; outputs should not be treated as authoritative for every region or register.

You agree to review AI-generated content critically and not rely on it for decisions that could cause harm, loss, or misunderstanding.

Some features — including live voice on paid plans — require a verified account at launch. You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.

You may not share accounts, sell access, or create accounts through automated means. Trial accounts are intended for fair personal exploration before subscribing.

Paid plans and voice credit packs will be described on our Plans page. 1 Voice Credit = up to 8 minutes of live voice roleplay. Consumed voice credits reflect delivered voice session time and are subject to our Refund Policy.

Billing is available when checkout is active. Subscriptions renew according to checkout terms unless canceled before renewal.

You may not abuse free trials, scrape content, reverse engineer the service, bypass voice credit limits, or use the platform in ways described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may suspend or restrict access for violations, abuse, or risks to other users or platform stability.

Ruqelo LLC and its licensors retain rights in the platform, curriculum, branding, and software. You receive a limited personal license to use the service according to these terms.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted, Ruqelo LLC disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as Ruqelo Arabic evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders.
